How RTT Works

Developed by award-winning therapist Marisa Peer, RTT is an innovative and powerful, science-based therapy that combines the most effective aspects of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It’s different to other types of therapy because it delivers unparalleled results very quickly, usually in just 1-3 sessions.

Transformation happens by uncovering and understanding the root cause of an issue, rather than just addressing its symptoms.

RTT rapidly changes self-sabotaging thoughts and beliefs that you may not even be aware you have, setting you free from a range of issues. What Happens During A Session?

We’ll start by having a separate 30-minute online session about a week before your RTT session, to get you set up for success. We’ll talk through the issue you want to work on and go over what to expect from the upcoming session and being in hypnosis.

When it’s time for your RTT session, we’ll start by having a chat and then I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis. You’ll be awake and aware the whole time, it’s a lot like having a conversation with your eyes closed. Once you’re in hypnosis, we’ll have access to your subconscious mind and using regression, we’ll go back to scenes and events in your life that are all to do with the root cause of your issue.

Of course, we can’t change what happened in the past, but what we can do is explore and change the meanings attached to these events. Using powerful RTT techniques, we change the meanings and associated beliefs and then upgrade you with new positive, supportive thought patterns and beliefs. Leaving you feeling liberated and empowered to move forward with your life.

You’ll then receive your personalised transformational recording to listen to for 28 days, because the mind learns by repetition. Your recording addresses the subconscious beliefs we uncovered in hypnosis and is filled with powerful recommendations to upgrade your programming and align it with your desires and goals. I’m there to support you throughout this time as you embed the transformations into your life.
